After breakfast, depart for game drive in the Ngorongoro Known as the 8th wonder of the world, Ngorongoro Crater is known for its exquisite beauty. The animals are known to be active in the early morning, so an early morning drive is highly recommended.
Depending on what you decide with your safari guide, you could have breakfast at the camp and carry a packed lunch or you could either carry both a packed breakfast and lunch. On this day, you will descend into the crater, which is filled with vegetation, forestry, and animals. The crater was formed by volcanic activities in the past that caused the creation of a caldera. The caldera got deeper and bigger, reaching a depth of about 610 meters.
